Lake Erie Walleye Fishing

There are not many places in the world that can offer the abundance and size of walleye like Lake Erie can. The techniques and skills fishermen use to catch these predators are very unique. On Walleye Encounters, we will be trolling using planer boards and dipsy divers. These two techniques are the most commonly used ways to hook up with trophy walleye. However, the precision and presentation of lures is what triggers their bite.

Captain Tony and First Mate Jake have spent years honing these techniques, creating their own spin on lures, and developing a routine that provides you with the best opportunity to catch a Fish Ohio walleye. Also, on occasion our customers are given the chance to land a heart pounding, acrobatic, line tangling Steelhead. These fish give a great fight and put on a show while trying to spit the hook.

Lake Erie Perch Fishing

Perch fishing on Lake Erie is one of the best times you can encounter. Going out for Perch on a dew soaked Saturday morning is a feeling that one can never forget. This is a great opportunity for families and children to get out and enjoy the outdoors while experiencing the fast-paced, non-stop action of the Perch bite.
